Qi Animal Sanctuary

An educator of hearts

In a world that frequently grapples with noise, chaos, and disconnection, the Qi Animal Sanctuary stands as a beacon of hope, compassion, and understanding. Established not just as a home for the rescued, but also as an educator and transformer of hearts, our sanctuary seeks to reintroduce humanity to the depth of connection we can share with our fellow creatures.

The Qi Animal Sanctuary is not just a place; it's a movement. It's a living testament to the promise that with understanding, care, and education, we can create spaces where animals can heal and humans can learn. Our Sanctuary is filled with stories — of animals that have faced adversity, of children whose eyes light up as they make their first animal friend, of volunteers who dedicate countless hours ensuring every being here feels loved.

What we do

Lifelong care, and a window into a loving world

The Qi Animal Sanctuary aims at providing life-long care to rescued animals and conducting positive educational engagements with people to promote compassionate treatment towards animals.

We actively understand the importance of humane education and the significant effects of the human-animal bond. We proactively try to bridge the gap by having informative visits and introducing our ambassador animals to the general public. It gives people a sneak peek into the dynamic and loving world of animals, while nurturing compassion, and teaching kindness.

Humane education program

Education is the "Qi"

Through our Humane Education Program, we aim to harness children's natural fascination and affinity with animals as a foundation to build empathy for all beings and our shared environment.

Animals are an amazing way to teach your child empathy, kindness and self-esteem. Studies show that humans who regularly interact with animals have higher self-esteem, confidence and have enhanced social skills.

Our programs help inculcate social awareness in children that will ultimately make them compassionate change-makers. Our goal is to nurture the cognitive capacity, emotional capacity and the behavioural resources that enable the possibility of attempting to alleviate the discomfort of others.
